Dangerous Goods Repacking

Packing goods that are dangerous or considered hazardous takes specialist skills. Whether you are looking to transport dangerous goods by sea, by air or by road, the packing crates, packaging fiberboard boxes or wooden crates used must be fit for purpose and compliant with international standards.
Upon request from Shipper AVIONHAZE Dangerous Goods regulations qualified Staff inspect Shipment at shipper’s warehouse and confirm Shipment Packed in UN certified packaging According to IATA Packing instruction.

  • If the Dangerous Goods is packed by shipper, we collect valid package Certificate and test report from the shipper.
  • We also provide UN Boxes to shippers which we purchase from GCAA Approved supplier With package Certificate and test report for each package
  • Specified package marked correctly and properly.
  • Type of package used permitted.
  • Ensure that damage / leakage shipments shall not to be tendered to operator.
  • Each DG, Non-DG shipments/packages need to be physically inspected for any hidden/undeclared dangerous goods.
  • If the shipper itself is providing the UN packages we will request for the test certificate of the packages.it will be accepted only if it is certified and valid.
  • If Dangerous Goods packages opened by customs and other Authorities For inspection, before being forwarded to the consignee, to be restored by qualified persons to a condition, which complies with these Regulations.
